Job Description

This position will focus on employee benefits administration and HRIS management, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and strong employee support in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Administer employee benefits programs and serve as the point of contact for benefit inquiries
  • Ensure compliance with all policies and regulations
  • Maintain and update employee data in UKG Pro (HRIS)
  • Pull and analyze information to create metric reports for leadership
  • Conduct regular data audits and ensure information accuracy
  • Utilize Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) for reporting and analysis
