Job Description

We’re hiring a Benefits Coordinator to support the day-to-day administration of our employee benefits programs and serve as a helpful, reliable resource for employees. You’ll be the person people go to when they have questions, need help, or just want someone to explain things in a way that actually makes sense. You’ll handle enrollments, updates, and ensure everything stays accurate and organized behind the scenes. This role is designated as hybrid. Initial training and onboarding will take place on-site in our Post Falls, ID office to ensure you’re set up for success. After approximately the first 30 days, you’ll have the flexibility to work remotely up to two days per week, depending on team needs and performance.

  • Process enrollments, qualifying life events, and benefit changes accurately
  • Support open enrollment from start to finish
  • Work with vendors and insurance carriers to resolve issues
  • Maintain clean, organized, and accurate records
  • Help ensure compliance with benefits-related regulations

Requirements

  • 1+ years supporting employee benefits administration (enrollments, changes, employee support) or experience in claims, member services, or benefits support at an insurance company or broker
  • Exposure to open enrollment, qualifying life events, or leave of absence processes
  • Experience working in an HRIS or benefits administration system
  • Understanding of how medical, dental, and vision plans work
  • Experience reviewing, processing, or explaining claims or coverage
  • Customer service mindset
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

What we offer

  • 100% employer-paid medical, dental and vision for employees
  • Annual review with raise option
  • 22 days Paid Time Off accrued annually, and 4 holidays
  • After 3 years, PTO increases to 29 days. Employees transition to flexible time off after 5 years with the company—not accrued, not capped, take time off when you want
  • Paid Parental Leave
  • Up to 6% company matching 401(k) with no vesting period
  • Quarterly allowance
  • Open concept office with friendly coworkers
  • Creative environment where you can make a difference
