Job Responsibility:
Process monthly invoices for payment across multiple vendors, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Handle employer verifications and maintain updated records for compliance
Conduct address and death verifications to ensure proper documentation and communication
Notify vendors promptly of any updated employee information to maintain seamless benefits administration
Collaborate with external and internal printers to coordinate timely mailings related to health and welfare plans
Review and resolve discrepancies in reports to maintain data integrity and streamline processes
Requirements:
Proven experience in benefits administration, particularly with health and welfare plans
Strong skills in coordinating benefits functions, including COBRA administration and leave of absence management
Familiarity with handling compensation and benefits-related tasks
Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage vendor relationships effectively
Proficiency in managing and cleaning up discrepancy reports
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
