We are looking for a skilled Benefits Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you will manage all aspects of benefits administration, ensuring smooth processes and compliance with company policies. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to key areas such as enrollment, reporting, and employee support.
Job Responsibility:
Manage all aspects of benefits administration, including enrollment and updates
Coordinate open enrollment periods twice a year to ensure seamless processes
Prepare and maintain accurate reports related to employee benefits
Oversee COBRA administration to ensure compliance with regulations
Respond to employee inquiries regarding leave of absence and benefits
Collaborate with HR and payroll teams to align benefits with compensation policies
Ensure timely handling of rollover benefits and updates
Maintain up-to-date documentation on all benefits-related activities
Provide guidance and support to employees navigating their benefits options
Requirements:
Proven experience in benefits administration and coordination
Strong knowledge of COBRA regulations and leave of absence policies
Familiarity with compensation and benefits structures
Excellent organizational and reporting skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with employees and teams
Proficiency in handling benefits-related documentation and systems
