Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Benefits Coordinator to join our team in Fort Mill, South Carolina. In this role, you will oversee various aspects of employee benefits administration, ensuring seamless coordination and compliance. Job Responsibility

  • Manage the administration of employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans
  • Coordinate COBRA processes to ensure compliance with regulations and timely communication with eligible participants
  • Facilitate leave of absence requests, providing guidance and support to employees throughout the process
  • Oversee open enrollment activities, including communication, planning, and execution
  • Prepare payroll general ledger entries related to benefits, ensuring accuracy and alignment with accounting standards
  • Collaborate with the contracts and accounting teams to support cross-functional initiatives and ensure seamless operations
  • Analyze and resolve benefits-related inquiries and issues from employees
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to employee benefits
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of benefits processes and systems
  • Act as a resource for employees, providing education on available benefits and assisting with decision-making

Requirements

  • Proven experience in benefits administration, including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans
  • Familiarity with COBRA regulations and administration processes
  • Strong knowledge of leave of absence policies and procedures
  • Experience managing open enrollment processes effectively
  • Proficiency in payroll systems and general ledger entries related to benefits
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to collaborate across departments and support cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing employee benefits
