Robert Half HR Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented Benefits Analyst to join our client's engagement on an interim contract basis. This role primarily involves mostly remote work with occasional onsite responsibilities in Atlanta, Georgia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in benefits coordination and analysis, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused approach. The desired candidate will have experience using ADP TotalSource as well as advanced Excel skills including V-Lookups and Pivot Tables. Job Responsibility:
Manage and oversee employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans
Utilize ticketing systems to address employee inquiries and resolve benefits-related issues efficiently
Collaborate with third-party administrators to ensure seamless handling of multi-state employee benefits
Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to benefits processes and policies
Support HR teams by providing expert advice and assistance on compensation and benefits matters
Analyze and interpret data using advanced Excel functions such as pivot tables and VLOOKUP to optimize benefits operations
Communicate benefits updates and information clearly and professionally to employees across the organization
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including FMLA, and monitor benefits administration for accuracy
Provide exceptional customer service with a calm and patient demeanor to address employee concerns effectively
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in benefits analysis or coordination
Proficiency in Excel, including expertise in pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions
Strong written and verbal communication skills for employee engagement and documentation
Demonstrated ability to manage multi-state employee benefits programs
Familiarity with retirement plans such as 401K, 457B, and 457F
Experience with benefits platforms like TotalSource is highly preferred
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently while maintaining a customer-focused approach
