Job Description:

This role primarily focuses on managing and enhancing employee benefits programs in the financial services industry. You will be part of a team responsible for maintaining accurate records, assisting employees, ensuring compliance with regulations, and improving benefits communications and reporting.

Job Responsibility:

  • Administer employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, FSA, 401k, and more
  • Keep track of benefits eligibility and assist employees with their inquiries
  • Maintain precise records in HR systems for efficient management
  • Ensure all processes are compliant with state and federal regulations
  • Collaborate with other HR functions for seamless operations
  • Handle processes related to COBRA administration
  • Contribute to the improvement of benefits communications and reporting
  • Manage and resolve customer inquiries using CRM
  • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions
  • Process customer credit applications using software like ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, and Ceridian

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Benefits Analyst or similar role
  • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services
  • Experience using ADP Workforce Now
  • Familiarity with Ceridian software
  • Ability to use Cisco Webex Meetings for remote communication
  • Demonstrated skills in CRM usage
  • Proven experience in auditing processes
  • Deep understanding of Benefit Functions
  • Experience in Claim Administration
  • Knowledge of COBRA Administration procedures
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
