Robert Half HR Solutions is currently sourcing for a part time Benefits Analyst contract to support our client based in Alpharetta, Georgia. In this role, you will apply your expertise in health and welfare benefits to support their multi-state, multi-site workforce. This position is ideal for benefits professionals seeking flexible hours and the ability to balance work with personal priorities while contributing meaningfully to employee benefits management.
Job Responsibility:
Administer health and welfare benefits programs, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies
Coordinate benefits-related tasks, such as enrollment, changes, and communication with employees
Analyze benefits offerings and provide recommendations for optimization
Manage employee inquiries regarding benefits, providing clear and accurate information
Collaborate with HR and payroll teams to ensure seamless integration of benefits data
Monitor and report on benefits trends, costs, and usage to inform decision-making
Handle Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) administration and related processes
Utilize ADP Workforce Now to manage benefits data efficiently
Support multi-state and multi-site employee benefit needs, addressing unique challenges
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of benefits regulations and best practice
Requirements:
Minimum of 7 years of experience in benefits administration, with a focus on health and welfare benefits
Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now and other benefits-related systems
Strong understanding of multi-state and multi-site employee benefit requirements
Familiarity with FMLA administration and compliance
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work on-site in Alpharetta, Georgia, 1-2 days per week
Flexible availability for 15-20 hours per week
Demonstrated ability to analyze and optimize benefits programs
