We are looking for a highly skilled Benefits Analyst to join our team in New York, New York. The ideal candidate will excel at navigating complex situations, providing exceptional support, and ensuring seamless benefits administration.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage inquiries related to Leave of Absence policies, including associated benefits such as health, welfare, commuter plans, pay cycles, and eligibility
  • Receive training on medical plans and organizational terms to effectively address benefits-related questions and navigate public benefits platforms
  • Communicate directly with agencies to resolve issues and ensure compliance, often in high-pressure situations
  • Provide proactive problem-solving by identifying and addressing gaps in benefits processes
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with stakeholders and maintaining positive relationships
  • Coordinate benefits programs to ensure accuracy and adherence to company policies and regulations
  • Analyze benefits data to identify trends and recommend improvements
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure proper implementation and communication of benefits initiatives
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of FMLA and other relevant laws to ensure compliance in all benefits activities

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in benefits management, with a focus on comprehensive benefits processes
  • Strong independent thinking skills and the ability to proactively solve problems in challenging scenarios
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities to engage effectively with agencies and internal stakeholders
  • Proven expertise in benefits coordination, including health and welfare programs
  • Familiarity with FMLA and other relevant regulations
