We are looking for a Benefits Analyst (LOAs) to support benefits operations in Dallas, Texas. This position will focus primarily on leave administration, as well as employee benefits support, vendor coordination, and annual program activities while helping employees and managers navigate benefit-related processes with confidence. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical ability, sound judgment with confidential matters, and experience working across payroll, HR, and shared services environments.
Job Responsibility
Oversee leave administration from initial intake through resolution
Prepare recurring leave-related payroll reporting and maintain organized tracking tools
Respond to employee and manager questions regarding benefit programs
Coordinate with external benefit providers
Support the planning and execution of annual enrollment activities
Create and deliver training and outreach materials
Guide accommodation-related processes
Assist with premium collection follow-up
Contribute to additional benefits and HR initiatives
Requirements
Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
5-8 years of relevant experience in benefits administration, including employer-sponsored health and welfare programs
Hands-on experience managing leave cases, benefits coordination, and vendor relationships across multiple locations or business units
Working knowledge of HR policies, payroll processes, and benefits administration practices
Strong Excel skills, including the ability to work with formulas, reports, and tracking spreadsheets
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams in a shared services environment
