We are looking for a skilled Benefits Administrator to oversee and manage employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with regulations and providing exceptional support to staff. This position requires expertise in benefits coordination, COBRA administration, and leave of absence management.
Job Responsibility:
MUST HAVE PAYLOCITY experience
Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other offerings
Administer COBRA processes, ensuring compliance with federal regulations
Coordinate leave of absence requests and maintain accurate records
Provide guidance and support to employees regarding their compensation and benefits
Collaborate with payroll systems, such as Paylocity, to maintain seamless operations
Address employee inquiries related to benefits and resolve issues promptly
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of benefits regulations and policies
Develop reports and analyses related to benefits utilization and costs
Work closely with HR team members to ensure alignment in benefits administration
Assist with annual benefits enrollment and communication efforts
Requirements:
Proven experience in benefits administration or coordination
Strong knowledge of COBRA administration and compliance requirements
Familiarity with leave of absence procedures and related laws
Proficiency in using payroll systems, particularly Paylocity
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to analyze data and create detailed reports
Knowledge of compensation and benefits practices
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
