Oversee various aspects of employee benefits, ensuring seamless administration and excellent customer service. Collaborate closely with HR, payroll, and vendors to support employees and maintain compliance with company policies.
Job Responsibility:
Administer employee benefits programs including enrollment and ongoing management
Facilitate orientations for new team members and guide employees on benefit options
Collaborate with HR Director to coordinate open enrollment sessions
Reconcile vendor bills and ensure accurate reporting and payments
Partner with payroll to ensure seamless integration of benefits-related data
Manage relationships with vendors
Generate and analyze reports using Excel and vendor portals
Address employee inquiries about benefits
Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience managing employee benefits programs
Strong customer service skills with ability to communicate effectively
Proficiency in Paylocity, Microsoft Excel, and other benefits-related portals
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Familiarity with benefit plan structures including 401(k) and leave programs
Experience collaborating with vendors and managing open enrollment processes
Nice to have:
Proficiency in Paylocity, Microsoft Excel, and other benefits-related portals is a plus
