Job Responsibility

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls through the Genesys service center platform
  • Respond to employee inquiries via a shared email inbox with professionalism and accuracy
  • Deliver high-level customer service on health plan and total rewards benefits
  • Process and manage benefit change events within Workday (HRIS system)
  • Utilize carrier portals to verify eligibility, request ID cards, and review claims
  • Ensure timely and accurate handling of benefit-related tasks and documentation
  • Partner with internal HR teams to resolve complex or escalated issues

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably within a benefits or HR-related role
  • Proficiency in systems such as Workday or similar platforms for managing employee information
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills to handle competing priorities effectively
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle escalations and deliver solutions
  • Familiarity with health plans, eligibility, and claims processes
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred
  • Experience with service center environments and ticketing systems is a plus
