We are looking for a skilled Benefits Administrator to join our team on a contract basis in Norfolk, Virginia. In this role, you will play a key part in managing employee benefits inquiries, reconciling data, and overseeing related administrative tasks. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and experience in benefits coordination.
Job Responsibility:
Address employee questions related to benefits payments and provide clear, accurate information
Manage and reconcile weekly reports to ensure data accuracy and consistency
Handle the reconciliation of benefits invoices and resolve any discrepancies
Coordinate COBRA administration and ensure compliance with applicable regulations
Support leave of absence processes and maintain accurate documentation
Assist with compensation and benefits-related tasks, ensuring all processes align with company policies
Utilize Workday HRIS to manage and track benefits data effectively
Collaborate with internal teams to maintain seamless benefits operations
Prepare and analyze benefits reports for management review
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to employee benefits
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in benefits administration or a related field
Strong skills in account reconciliation and data management
Familiarity with COBRA administration and leave of absence processes
Knowledge of compensation and benefits practices and regulations
Proficiency in using Workday HRIS or similar systems
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to analyze and resolve discrepancies efficiently
Excellent communication skills for interacting with employees and internal teams
