Partner with vendors to maintain accurate benefit enrollments, life event changes, terminations, and corrections in HRIS and vendor systems across all U.S. plans
Oversee day to day benefits operations to ensure a seamless and accurate employee experience
Assist with annual activities such as Open Enrollment setup, testing, reporting, and communications
Support new benefit program implementations, vendor transitions, and HRIS updates
Partner with vendors, consultants, and carriers to resolve issues
Collaborate with HR, Communications, and vendor partners to deliver timely and consistent benefits communications across the organization
Deliver routine and ad hoc benefits reporting to support operations, analytics, and compliance needs
Serve as the first line of contact for vendors to address file errors, data corrections, eligibility disputes, and case escalations
Respond to employee inquiries regarding eligibility, coverage details, and enrollment issues
Serve as a primary resource for employees and Business Resource Groups by providing clear guidance and support
Maintain accurate benefits data through regular audits, reconciliations, and process controls
Process benefits invoices and partner with Finance to ensure timely and accurate payments
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws governing employee benefits
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
1–2 years of experience in benefits administration or HR operations required
Experience working with HRIS systems preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
