We are looking for a detail-oriented Benefits Administrator to join our team in Troy, Michigan. This role involves managing administrative tasks related to client services and benefits coordination while maintaining a high standard of attention to detail. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, adaptability, and a customer-focused approach to support daily operations effectively.
Job Responsibility:
Organize and manage schedules, service requests, and follow-up tasks with precision
Draft and distribute client correspondence, updates, and essential documents
Maintain accurate records, files, and logs to ensure seamless operations
Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, scanning, and document management
Collaborate with team members to address client needs and deliver excellent service
Prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Assist with special administrative projects to support leadership
Provide exceptional customer service through clear communication and responsiveness
Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in client interactions
Strong ability to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively
High level of attention to detail paired with exceptional organizational capabilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented setting
Strong attention to detail and a customer service-focused attitude
Prior experience in administrative, receptionist, or client service roles preferred
