This role owns the full lifecycle of client ID card setup and maintenance, from initial configuration in Zelis through pre-release audits and network compliance reviews. Getting it right the first time matters.
Job Responsibility
Set up and maintain client ID card rules
Audit and release ID card files
Research and resolve ID card issues
Monitor projects through completion
Support the sales pipeline
Maintain network compliance
Participate in implementation meetings
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
Associate or bachelor's degree preferred but not required
1+ years of experience in system analysis, data analysis, and/or process improvement
1+ years of experience in the healthcare industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience with Zelis or similar ID card/benefits platform preferred
Nice to have
