Job Description

An ID card is often the first tangible thing a member receives from their health plan — and when it's wrong, the consequences land immediately at the point of care. This role owns the full lifecycle of client ID card setup and maintenance, from initial configuration in Zelis through pre-release audits and network compliance reviews. Getting it right the first time matters.

Job Responsibility

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate or bachelor's degree preferred but not required
  • 1+ years of experience in system analysis, data analysis, and/or process improvement
  • 1+ years of experience in the healthcare industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with Zelis or similar ID card/benefits platform preferred
