Job Description

The Benefit Supervisor is responsible for executing compensation and benefits (C&B) activities in full compliance with company policies and local regulations. This role works closely with the Payroll Specialist and People Partner across the full Hire‑to‑Retire cycle. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed to support business operations.

Job Responsibility

  • Approve employee expense submissions daily
  • Add Flex & Hybrid points for new hires monthly
  • Monitor resignations and calculate prorated points
  • Summarize monthly claim reports for payroll processing
  • Ensure accuracy of employee point allocation and records
  • Provide guidance and respond to employee inquiries
  • Communicate window opening details to the Global team
  • Summarize employee changes post‑window and submit to Global for system updates
  • Send updated employee insurance plan details to the insurance broker
  • Submit movement files (new hires, resignations, data changes) to the insurance broker
  • Verify accuracy of claim documents (including death cases)
  • Review accuracy of employee data under each insurance policy
  • Coordinate with AIA broker on queries and issue resolution
  • Submit movement files for new hires and resignations
  • Verify employee details in each policy
  • Submit mid-year and year-end salary base updates
  • Liaise with Muang Thai Life Insurance for inquiries and issues
  • Prepare termination documents for resigning employees and submit to TISCO
  • Process fund transfer requests for employees transferring into the company’s fund
  • Request monthly TISCO E-Accounts for employees
  • Prepare employee announcement for investment policy changes
  • Submit documents and summary files to TISCO and payroll
  • Coordinate annual fund performance sessions (online for U-House
  • onsite for Minburi & Gateway)
  • Handle employee and vendor queries
  • Process monthly billing for company shop credit usage from Minburi & Gateway
  • send invoices to vendor and summaries to Finance
  • Verify employee shop credit balances monthly
  • Ensure correct employee eligibility for company shop credit
  • Coordinate with aCommerce support for employee platform issues
  • Support internship payroll processes, including movement updates, reconciliation, and JV posting
  • Currently learning payroll processes for ULT Supervisor level to expand coverage and provide additional support
  • Create employee announcements and infographics for benefit-related updates
  • Support ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Unilever Thailand benefit policies (must-have)
  • University degree or diploma in a relevant field
  • OR 3–5 years of experience in payroll/benefits administration
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Experience with payroll systems and technical processes
  • Experience using Workday is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Analytical and systematic approach to problem‑solving
  • Ability to gather and validate diagnostic information
  • Ability to translate business requirements into payroll/C&B actions
  • Results-oriented with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
