Job Description:

Follows processes to assist with processing, insurance verification and authorization, revenue cycle management, compliance and documentation, as well as customer service and issue resolution. Provides support in ensuring accurate billing, efficient revenue flow, and compliance with regulations.

Requirements:

1-2 years of extensive plan writing experience supporting self-funded or fully insured plans
1-2 years of experience handling SBCs
Strong attention to detail and accuracy performing at high levels in a fast paced and constantly changing work environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Outlook applications

Nice to have:

Salesforce experience
Able to effectively motivate others and lead change and innovation
Interpersonal skills to include written and verbal communication, critical thinking, persuasiveness, advising and counseling skills
Ability to anticipate workload needs and to follow through with minimum direction
Effective time management, organizational and prioritization skills
Ability to give and receive constructive feedback
