Job Description:

Xpert Resourcing is working with a growing manufacturing company who are looking to add a Bench Joiner to their team. Previous carpentry and bench joinery experience is required as the successful candidate will be required to hit the ground running due to a full order book. This role is workshop based with some occasional site fitting. You must be able to work from production drawings.

Job Responsibility:

  • Measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials according to specifications
  • Assemble and install joinery components such as doors, windows, cabinets, counters and furniture
  • Work from production drawings to produce and assemble products
  • Follow safety protocols and use protective equipment when necessary
  • Traditional joinery, window and doors

Requirements:

  • Experience in joinery or a related field is preferred
  • Knowledge of different types of joinery techniques and materials
  • Ability to read production drawings
  • Proficiency in using hand and power tools
  • Attention to detail and precision
