Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Assistant General Manager or Restaurant General Manager in a branded, high-volume QSR or fast-casual restaurant
  • Experience leading results through your teams, coaching, training and having honest conversations, where needed
  • Are excited by growth and ready to take the next step in your career
  • Track record of hitting sales targets, managing P&L, and controlling costs
  • Experience with labour scheduling, stock management, and inventory systems
  • Strong people leadership, you've built teams and developed future leaders
