Job Description:

We are seeking a strategic and analytical individual to join our Network Customer Insights team. This role focuses on embedding commercial priorities into network demand forecasting and capacity modelling for Vodafone DE. You will bridge the gap between Networks and Commercial teams, ensuring that network strategies reflect commercial objectives. The position involves managing the Mobile and Fixed Demand Forecast Process, translating commercial inputs into actionable outputs, and supporting strategic initiatives such as tariff changes, new product launches, and technology rollouts.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage commercial traffic demand inputs for network capacity planning
  • Develop and maintain customer network usage insights reporting
  • Translate new products and propositions into network demand forecasts, including long-term predictions
  • Master and improve the Fixed and Mobile traffic demand forecast process
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align network evolution with customer insights
  • Contribute to customer experience strategy and influence organisational change
  • Support strategic technology projects and evaluate business cases for investment
  • Ensure accurate modelling of strategic initiatives for product and campaign launches

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English (German is an advantage)
  • Strong analytical skills with experience handling diverse data sets
  • Ability to interpret network demand in the context of commercial activities
  • Knowledge of mobile and fixed networks and telecom markets (desired)
  • Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders and simplify complex concepts
  • Advanced Excel and data modelling expertise
  • University degree or equivalent experience
  • Telecom or Fixed Networks background with a highly analytical mindset
