Job Description:

Guest Arrival Expert responsible for creating memorable first and last impressions for hotel guests, delivering a wide range of services throughout their stay, and ensuring the Gold Standards of The Ritz-Carlton are delivered graciously and thoughtfully every day.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver first impressions for arriving guests
Guide guests through arrival and departure experiences
Process operational needs
Address guest requests
Complete reports
Share highlights of the local area
Create safe workplace
Follow company policies and procedures
Maintain confidentiality
Protect company assets
Uphold quality standards
Maintain professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended time
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance
Ability to move objects weighing more than 75 pounds with assistance
