Job Description:

As a Bellman at JW Marriott Hotel Zhengzhou, you will be responsible for responding to guest requests, ensuring their satisfaction, providing information about property and surrounding areas, and maintaining Marriott's high standards of hospitality and service. This position requires professionalism, teamwork, positive attitude, and ability to communicate effectively while adhering to company policies and safety standards.

Job Responsibility:

  • Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services
  • follow up to ensure guest satisfaction
  • gather, summarize, and provide information about the property and surrounding area
  • answer, record, and process guest calls, messages, requests, and concerns
  • contact appropriate individuals or departments to resolve issues
  • review shift logs and document pertinent information in logbooks
  • monitor club lounge for seating availability, service, safety, and well-being of guests
  • report accidents and unsafe work conditions
  • complete safety training and certifications
  • welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards
  • assist individuals with disabilities
  • follow company policies and procedures
  • ensure clean and professional personal appearance
  • comply with quality assurance expectations and standards
