Job Description:

Guest Arrival Experts take the initiative to deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their arrival and departure experiences. They are empowered to move about their space and do what needs to be done to create memorable and unique experiences from start to finish.

Job Responsibility:

Create memorable first impressions for arriving guests
Guide guests through arrival and departure experiences
Process operational needs
Address guest requests
Complete reports
Share highlights of the local area
Maintain professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications
Ensure workplace safety
Follow company policies and procedures
Maintain confidentiality
Protect company assets
Uphold quality standards

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended time
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance
Ability to handle objects weighing more than 75 pounds with assistance
