Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at The First Residence is looking for a talented and experienced People and Culture Coordinator who shares our passion for excellence and is enthusiastic about creating the ultimate experience.

Job Responsibility:

Create the first and last impressions for our guests arriving and departing the hotel
Greet and farewell all hotel guests on the front doors
Safely Park and retrieve cars from our underground garage
Deliver luggage to our guest rooms in a timely manner
Assist with day-to-day enquiries from guests pertaining to local area attractions

Requirements:

A “gift of the gab” and great guest engagement skills
Flexibility to be able to work on a rotating roster on a casual basis
A passion to provide a memorable guest experience
Excellent attention to detail
The ability to lift heavy loads of up to 30kg
Must have a driver’s license and possess confidence in driving all types of vehicles
