Job Description:

Guest Experience Experts take the initiative to deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay, creating memorable and unique experiences at The Ritz-Carlton Millenia Singapore.

Job Responsibility:

Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage
Transport guest luggage to/from rooms
Provide directions to hotel facilities and local area
Open hotel/car doors for guests
Monitor and direct traffic activity
Secure taxis/transportation for guests
Deliver items to guest rooms
Handle guest complaints
Maintain knowledge of scheduled daily activities and hotel features

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended time
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance
