Job Description:

Guest Experience Experts take initiative to deliver services that guide guests through their entire stay, empowered to move about their space and do what needs to be done. They create safe workplaces, follow company policies, maintain confidentiality, protect company assets, uphold quality standards, and ensure professional appearance and communications.

Job Responsibility:

Giving guests smooth check-in and check-out
Building memorable and unique experiences
Delivering wide range of services guiding guests through entire stay
Processing operational needs
Addressing guest requests
Completing reports
Sharing highlights of local area
Assisting guests with loading/unloading vehicles
Transporting luggage to and from guest rooms and/or designated bell area

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended time
Ability to move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces
Ability to go up and down stairs and/or service ramps
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance and 100 pounds with assistance
Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
