Job Description:

The Bellman at Sheraton Hai Phong is responsible for greeting and escorting guests to rooms, assisting with luggage, providing information about property amenities and local areas of interest, arranging transportation, and ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for all guests.

Job Responsibility:

Greet and escort guests to rooms
Open doors and assist guests/visitors
Inform guests of property amenities, services, and hours of operation
Identify and explain room features to guests
Transport guest luggage to and from guest rooms
Assist with luggage storage and retrieval
Assist guests/visitors in and out of vehicles
Supply guests with directions
Arrange transportation for guests/visitors
Communicate parking procedures to guests/visitors

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
