Job Description:

The aim of the internship, in addition to an initial induction and orientation phase within the company, includes activities carried out alongside the Tutor and gradually with increasing autonomy. The intern will support both doorman and bellman tasks, reporting to the Lead Concierge. This is an opportunity to be part of a luxury hotel that celebrates unique talent and provides growth opportunities within the Marriott family.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide a warm and sophisticated welcome and farewell to guests
  • Assist with luggage handling, including loading, unloading, storage, and in-room delivery
  • Escort guests to their rooms when needed and provide a brief orientation
  • Offer information about hotel amenities, services, and local points of interest
  • Assist in arranging transportation and recording advance requests
  • Support in managing the hotel entrance, ensuring cleanliness and smooth traffic flow
  • Help with valet service, including vehicle inspection and guest notifications
  • Contribute to creating memorable experiences by anticipating guest needs
