Job Description:

Bell Team Leader position at Sheraton Fiji Golf & Beach Resort responsible for greeting guests, assisting with luggage, arranging transportation, and ensuring guest satisfaction while maintaining company policies and safety procedures.

Job Responsibility:

Greet guests and provide property information
Assist with luggage storage and transportation
Arrange transportation services
Ensure guest satisfaction
Maintain safety and security procedures
Protect privacy and security of guests and coworkers
Address guests' service needs professionally
Provide assistance to individuals with disabilities
Develop positive working relationships
Comply with quality assurance standards

Requirements:

Greet guests and inform them of property amenities, services, and hours of operation
Open doors and assist guests/visitors entering and leaving property
Assist with luggage storage and retrieval
Transport guest luggage to and from guest rooms
Assist guests/visitors in and out of vehicles
Arrange transportation for guests/visitors
Dispatch bell staff or valet staff as needed
Follow all company policies and procedures
Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager
Maintain uniform and personal appearance clean and professional
Welcome and acknowledge all guests
Speak with others using clear and professional language
Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance
Move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces
Move up and down stairs and/or service ramps
