Job Responsibility:

  • Open vehicle doors professionally at the main entrance and assist with unloading luggage
  • Extend a warm welcome and sincere appreciation to every guest, patron, and visitor with a friendly greeting
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the hotel’s products, events, and promotions
  • actively upsell to maximize revenue at every guest interaction
  • Ensure the bell desk and surrounding areas always remain spotless
  • Distribute newspapers to long-stay guests and relevant departments
  • Present a polished professional image through excellent grooming, hygiene, and adherence to the prescribed uniform
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Bell Captain, Assistant Manager, Front Office Manager, or other authorized hotel officers
  • Flexible schedule including day and/or evening shifts, weekends, public holidays, and occasional on-call duties

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills and an outgoing, friendly personality
  • Strong knowledge of Grand Cayman
  • Physical ability to lift and carry heavy objects
  • Proven aptitude for learning and upselling hotel products and services
  • Fluency in English (speaking, reading, writing, and comprehension)
