Job Description:

Your role will be to ensure that the 'Gold Standards' of The Ritz-Carlton are delivered graciously and thoughtfully every day. You will greet and assist guests, provide information about the property and local attractions, handle luggage and transportation needs, and uphold the property's luxury service standards.

Job Responsibility:

  • Greet and escort guests to rooms
  • assist guests in and out of vehicles and luggage handling
  • provide information about property amenities, services, and local attractions
  • arrange transportation and communicate parking procedures
  • maintain awareness of undesirable persons and ensure guest safety
  • speak with others professionally and maintain confidentiality
  • comply with quality standards and company policies
  • report accidents and unsafe conditions
  • maintain cleanliness and professionalism of personal appearance

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • ability to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance and objects over 75 pounds with assistance
  • ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • ability to move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces
  • ability to bend, twist, pull, stoop, and reach overhead and below the knees
  • professional appearance and etiquette
  • ability to speak clearly and professionally
  • ability to develop positive working relationships
