Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Processing operational needs
addressing guest requests
completing reports
sharing highlights of the local area
assisting guests with loading/unloading vehicles
transporting luggage to and from guest rooms or designated bell area
performing reasonable job duties as requested

Requirements:

Creating a safe workplace
following company policies and procedures
maintaining confidentiality
protecting company assets
upholding quality standards
ensuring uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional
standing, sitting, or walking for an extended time
moving through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces
moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance and 100 pounds with assistance
bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
