Job Description:

Our Guest Experience Experts take the initiative to deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay. Responsibilities include assisting guests with luggage, providing local area highlights, and ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs. A focus on quality standards, professionalism, and physical tasks is essential. This role requires creating a safe and welcoming environment for guests while maintaining company policies.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver a wide range of guest services
assist guests with loading/unloading vehicles
transport luggage to and from guest rooms and designated bell area
process operational needs
address guest requests
complete reports
share highlights of the local area
follow company policies and procedures
maintain confidentiality
protect company assets
uphold quality standards
ensure uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional
move, lift, carry, pull, and push objects up to 50 pounds without assistance and 100 pounds with assistance
reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
no related work experience
no supervisory experience
