Job Description:

The Four Seasons Hotel Seoul is looking for Bell Captain, who shares a passion for excellence and who infuse enthusiasm into everything they do. We are looking for a candidate that is dedicated to creating personalized experiences and lasting memories for our guests. This position reports to the Guest Services Manager.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assists guest with their arrival and departure experience
  • makes necessary deliveries to and pick ups from guest rooms, transports guests and hotel packages, faxes, envelopes and parcels
  • Extends guidance and training to bell persons working closely with other departments in the hotel to ensure a superior guest experience

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-4years experience in Rooms division or as a Bell captain preferable
  • Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multi task are required
  • Excellent communication skills are essential
  • Warm welcoming smile, a positive attitude and be knowledgeable about the local area
  • Excellent language skills in both the Korean & English language
  • College degree preferably specializing in hospitality
  • Must already possess valid work authorization in South Korea
