Job Description:

Assist guests with requests, provide information about the property and local amenities, resolve issues, document activities in logbooks, maintain supplies inventory, adhere to safety protocols, and supervise and motivate employees as part of a premium hospitality team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services
  • respond to special requests from guests with unique needs and follow up to ensure satisfaction
  • gather, summarize, and provide information to guests about the property and the surrounding area amenities
  • answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns
  • contact appropriate individual or department as necessary to resolve guest call, request, or problem
  • review shift logs/daily memo books and document pertinent information in logbooks
  • ensure outstanding requests from previous day are resolved
  • monitor inventory and order general office supplies
  • notify Loss Prevention/Security of guest reports of theft
  • assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating and coaching employees
  • serve as role model and first point of contact for Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process
  • report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions
  • complete safety training and certifications
  • adhere to company policies and procedures
  • welcome and address guests' needs
  • develop and maintain positive working relationships
  • ensure quality expectations and standards
  • stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • move, lift, carry, push, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds
  • perform other reasonable duties as requested by Supervisors

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • at least 1 year of related work experience
  • at least 1 year of supervisory experience
