Four Seasons Hotel Madrid is looking for a Bell Attendant to join our team. The Bell Attendant is an integral part of the Guest Services Team whose main objective is to ensure our guests are well looked after from the start.
Job Responsibility
Ensure guests are well looked after from the start
Greet each guest by name upon arrival and departure
Transport luggage to the guest room for arrivals and for departing guests
Park guest car with a maximum level of care
Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism
Resolve customer complaints
Assist customers in all inquiries
Greet all guest passing through lobby and offer assistance
Comply with Four Seasons’ Work Rules and Standards of Conduct
Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
Perform shoeshine service
Perform errands for guests and the hotel
Provide a high level of cleanliness in the lobby and luggage storage room
Assist guests at the Concierge Desk
Assist with responsibilities and duties in the absence or heavy volume in the areas of Door Staff
Requirements
IT IS MANDATORY TO HAVE CAR LICENCE
One year of experience in a Bell Attendant position
