Job Description

We are looking for a Full Time high energy, outgoing Bell Attendant to join our family who is passionate about customer service and ensuring our guests are having a wonderful experience. Bellmen are the first person our guests see on their way in and the last person on their way out. We are looking for a warm, inviting person who is driven by making a difference.

Job Responsibility

  • Maintain presence on the front drive assisting with luggage, boxes, equipment and valet parking guest cars
  • Explain services and amenities of hotel including location, hours of operation and location of banquet functions
  • Escort guests to guestroom providing property tour and delivering luggage and other items to guest room
  • Answer questions about local areas of interest and assists arriving and departing guests with all transportation needs
  • Provide guests with personalized service to create the best arrival and departure experience
  • Assist with driving the Dart cart and/or van on trips for Dartmouth Alumni around campus and/or the occasional airport run
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness of the valet/bell stand public areas
