Requirements:
Fully understand and adhere to all hotel policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook
Report for duty on time, wearing the designated uniform and name tag, maintaining high grooming and professional appearance standards
Deliver courteous, professional, and flexible service at all times in alignment with Four Seasons Standards
Comply with all hotel safety, security, and emergency procedures
Maintain in-depth knowledge of all hotel services, facilities, activities, and events
Stay informed about all VIP guests visiting or staying at the hotel
Keep all front and back-of-house areas clean and organized
Ensure hotel property and equipment are handled with care and maintained in excellent condition
Ensure proper shift handover, with no unresolved issues or pending correspondence left without follow-up
Review daily materials, including VIP lists, return guests, and function sheets
Escort arriving guests to their rooms, handle luggage with care, and deliver in-room orientation
Handle guest room change requests efficiently
Assist departing guests with luggage and transportation arrangements
Safely store and retrieve guest luggage and personal belongings
Page guests in public areas, answer phones, and deliver messages, packages, flowers, etc., to guest rooms
Run errands for guests and concierge staff
Maintain high standards of cleanliness in the lobby, concierge desk, front entrance, and luggage storage areas
Address guests by name and remember the names of returning guests
Exhibit friendliness, professionalism, and a willingness to offer personalized service
Collaborate closely with Front Office, Valet Parking, and Door Staff teams
Keep the Concierge informed about guest concerns, requests, or issues
Safely maneuver luggage carts and heavy/awkward items through the hotel
