Job Description:

Bell Attendant position at Sydney Harbour Marriott Hotel at Circular Quay, responsible for welcoming guests, handling luggage, providing information about hotel amenities and local areas, assisting with transportation, and ensuring guest satisfaction through professional service delivery.

Job Responsibility:

Greet and escort guests to rooms
Open doors and assist guests/visitors
Inform guests of property amenities, services, and hours of operation
Identify and explain room features to guests
Transport guest luggage to and from guest rooms
Assist with luggage storage and retrieval
Assist guests/visitors in and out of vehicles
Supply guests with directions
Arrange transportation for guests/visitors
Communicate parking procedures
Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions
Maintain awareness of undesirable persons
Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
Welcome and acknowledge all guests
Develop and maintain positive working relationships

Requirements:

Genuinely warm & welcoming demeanor
Personable communication skills

Passion for the industry
Australian working rights
Valid NSW full driver's license
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull objects up to 50 pounds without assistance
Ability to move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces
Ability to reach overhead and below knees
