The Bell Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional service to guests upon arrival and departure, assisting with luggage, and ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere. This role plays a key part in enhancing the overall guest experience.
Job Responsibility:
Greet guests upon arrival and departure with a friendly and professional demeanor
Assist guests with their luggage, ensuring safe and efficient handling
Provide information about the hotel facilities, local attractions, and services
Escort guests to their rooms, explaining room features and hotel amenities
Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and needs
Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
Assist with transportation arrangements, including Taxi, Shuttle and Limousine services
Handle billing and payment transactions efficiently and accurately
Complies with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact
Requirements:
Reading, writing and oral proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Committed to achieving high levels of service excellence and guest contentment
Knowledge of the local area and attractions is a plus
