Job Description:

Full-time Bell Attendant role at Sydney Harbour Marriott Hotel at Circular Quay. Greet and escort guests, assist with luggage, provide information about hotel amenities and local areas, arrange transportation, and ensure guest satisfaction through warm, professional service.

Job Responsibility:

Greet and escort guests to rooms
Open doors and assist guests/visitors
Inform guests of property amenities, services, and hours of operation
Identify and explain room features to guests
Transport guest luggage to and from guest rooms
Assist with luggage storage and retrieval
Assist guests/visitors in and out of vehicles
Supply guests with directions
Arrange transportation for guests/visitors
Communicate parking procedures to guests

Requirements:

A genuinely warm & welcoming demeanor
Personable communication skills
Energising motivation
A passion for the industry
Australian working rights
Must hold a valid NSW full driver's license
Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance
Move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces
Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
