Four Seasons Hotel Firenze is looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Bell Attendant to join the Team! This position is an integral part of the Guest Services Team whose main objective is to ensure our guests are well looked after from the start. The Bell Attendant assists guests with their arrival and departure experience, greeting them by name with a warm welcoming smile and a positive attitude.
Job Responsibility:
Greet guests passing through lobby and offer them assistance
Deliver luggage to room upon check-in and pick up luggage from room upon departure
Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible in an accurate and timely manner
Assist customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc
Perform shoeshine service
picking up shoes from guest room, cleaning and polishing them and returning them to the guest
Carry out valet parking duties
Requirements:
Previous experience in a luxury environment is considered a plus
Excellent interpersonal skills, an outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any request
A valid driving license
Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the Italian and English language
