As a Bell Attendant, you will be an integral part of our Front Office team, ensuring guests are warmly welcomed and assisted from arrival to departure. You will handle luggage, provide local insights, and deliver personalized service that reflects Four Seasons standards.
Job Responsibility:
Greet guests in the lobby and offer assistance with luggage and transportation
Transport luggage for arrivals and departures, and store or retrieve guest belongings
Arrange car parking and retrieval, maintaining accurate transportation logs
Respond promptly to guest requests and provide recommendations based on local knowledge
Maintain equipment such as trolleys and wheelchairs in excellent condition
Accurately post parking, delivery, and porterage charges during shifts
Requirements:
Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
Strong communication skills and fluent English
Czech language is an advantage
Ability to stand for long periods and lift/push up to 25 kg
Guest-centric attitude, warm smile, and knowledge of the local area
Flexibility to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays
Valid driving license and ability to drive and park various types of cars
Applicants to have current work authorization in the country of Czech Republic or EU Passport
