Job Description:

As a Renaissance Door Ambassador (Bell Attendant), you are one of the first ambassadors that a guest comes into contact with at our hotels. Your friendly, authentic approach creates a unique and personalized guest experience when the guest walks in the door. The role involves greeting guests, assisting with luggage, providing local information, and ensuring guests have everything they need for their stay.

Job Responsibility:

Greet guests upon arrival
Create unique and personalized guest experience
Assist guests with luggage transportation inside and outside hotel
Provide information about locale and local offerings
Arrange transportation for guests
Anticipate and deliver on guests' needs
Collaborate with other hotel departments
Maintain safe work environment
Follow company policies and procedures
Maintain professional uniform and appearance
Ensure confidentiality
Comply with quality assurance standards
Protect company assets

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance
Friendly and authentic approach
Passion for locale and local offerings
Ability to read guest cues and tailor approach
Relationship building skills
