The Bell Attendant is responsible for providing warm, personalized, and efficient luggage and guest assistance services, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience.
Job Responsibility:
Welcome guests upon arrival with courtesy and professionalism, offering immediate assistance with luggage
Escort guests to their rooms or villas, providing clear explanations of room features and resort amenities
Assist guests during departure, including baggage handling, transportation coordination, and farewell service
Communicate effectively with Front Desk, Concierge, Housekeeping, and Security teams
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bell desk, lobby areas, and luggage storage rooms
Maintain guest privacy and confidentiality at all times
Requirements:
Previous experience in a luxury hotel or resort environment is an advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service orientation with a polished and professional demeanor
Physically fit and able to lift and carry luggage
Well-groomed appearance consistent with luxury resort standards
