The Bell Attendant forms part of the Front Office team and supports the resort front drive as well as the flow of the arrival/departure to ensure a seamless experience for our guests, homeowners and patrons.
Job Responsibility:
Greet guests warmly, open doors, offer assistance, and provide a friendly, professional first impression
Transport guest bags to/from rooms, store/retrieve them securely, and deliver packages
Inform guests about hotel amenities, local attractions, make reservations, and arrange taxis or transportation
Deliver messages, mail, and handle dry cleaning/laundry services
Keep the bell desk, lobby, and hotel vehicles (if applicable) clean, organized, and presentable
Follow safety procedures, report hazards, and protect guest/company property
Requirements:
Relevant work experience in a Luxury Hotel
Self-driven and a strategic resourcing professional
Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast pace working environment
Good team spirit, multi-tasking, cooperative with good communication and interpersonal skills
Requires ability to operate computer equipment and office equipment
Great organizational skills
Able to multitask and prioritize
