Behavioural Support Assistant | SEND & SEMH Specialist | Local Specialist Schools. Position: Full-Time, Long-Term (Term Time Only). Salary: £90 - £95 per day (Weekly Pay - dependent on experience). This role is designed for those who want to support students with complex SEMH needs, Autism, or ADHD, helping them manage their emotions and find success in a way that works for them. Therapeutic Focus: Move beyond traditional discipline. Use trauma-informed approaches to help students understand their feelings and self-regulate. Specialist Environment: Work in small class sizes with high staff-to-pupil ratios, allowing you to build deep, meaningful bonds with the students you support.
