Join our specialist network as a Behavioural Support Assistant and work with students who need a steady, compassionate mentor to help them navigate their education. Transform Lives through Connection, Not Just Correction We are seeking dedicated specialists to work within SEND Schools and Pupil Referral Units (PRUs). This role is designed for those who want to support students with complex SEMH needs, Autism, or ADHD, helping them manage their emotions and find success in a way that works for them.

  • Collaborative Strategy: Work alongside the SENCO and Pastoral Leads to implement individual behaviour plans (IBPs) and ensure a consistent approach to student welfare
